AB03 Adapter AB02 Adaptor (BMW Only) $40 CDN Allows the R5/FCX-II to fit BMW's built prior to 1987 for service light reset. AB02 Adapter * 1987 - 2000 BMW requires R5/FCX-3 which consists of the round 20 pin connector for a "round" diagnostic port.   2001 - 2007 BMW requires R5/FCX-3-16 which consists of the rectangular 16 pin connector for a "rectangular" diagnostic port.   If you are a mechanic or an owner of multile BMWs that cross the two categories listed above, you will need a R5/FCX-3 + AB03 Adaptor.
